What will you do?

As a Senior Frontend Developer with us, you will drive the development of our customer-facing interfaces – from architecture and technology choices to implementation and mentorship. You will be responsible for ensuring that our digital solutions meet the highest standards in performance, accessibility, security, and user experience.

You will work in an agile, cross-functional team alongside other developers, product owners, UX designers, and testers. In this role, you are expected to contribute deep coding knowledge and the ability to coach others in modern frontend development.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and optimizing interfaces in Next.js, React, and TypeScript.

• Ensuring high accessibility (WCAG 2.1), performance, and quality user experiences.

• Supporting product owners and UX in technical solution proposals.

• Actively participating in technical forums and sharing knowledge across team boundaries.

• Coaching junior developers and contributing to the team's technical maturity.

• Further developing and contributing to structure, coding standards, and documentation within the team.

Are you the one to do it?

We believe you arecurious and coaching, with a habit of keeping up to date within the React ecosystem and actively sharing your knowledge. You are brave and driven, willing to challenge, improve, and inspire others. At the same time, you are structured and responsible, ensuring quality, stability, and long-term sustainability in the code. You are also collaborative, building strong relationships and enjoying working in cross-functional teams.

In addition to the above, you have:

• At least five years of experience in frontend development.

• Experience in frontend development using React and Next.js.

• Deep knowledge of TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3/SASS.

• Good understanding of design systems, component-based architecture, and accessibility adaptations.

• The ability to see the big picture – from business value to technical implementation.

• The ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is a plus if you also have:

• Experience in game development.

• Experience from regulated industries (gaming, finance, telecommunications).

• Experience with server-side rendering, API integrations, and build tools like Vite, Webpack, or Turbopack.

• Interest in CI/CD and automated testing (e.g., Jest, Playwright).
